Wow, mousepads. Boy, how I don't miss those.

Obviously, no.

I have an optical mouse now, I just like mousepads.

This topic is for actual photographs of your real desk, not wallpapers.
Hated by all
Can't show you my desk, but it has an Helwett-Packard Photoshop 7350 with a Linksys router that doesn't want to connect, a lamp behind it, my flat panel screen, keyboard, mouse, and computer box, part of the Dell Dimension 8300 series, and to the right, more garbage and a scanner.
hey, i think it connected.

Just make a drawing, like I did.

My new desk at home:

The keyboard tray that I've put to much better use:

External hard drive is on the bottom shelf that you can't see, and printing is wireless.

Also, the new Mac mini that my brother and sister are quite excited about:

(picture goes here)

It's a rather small desk.  How do you fit all the junk that's supposed to go on it?  What about CDs, floppy discs, pens, pencils, land mines, little pamphlets about water parks, a lamp, shrunken heads, and a little calender?  By the way, nice chair.

On another note, that's the same color of DS Lite as mine.

I like to keep things neat, simple, and minimalist. If you pay any attention at all, you can clearly see my cup filled with pens (I don't use pencils), and my CDs and DVDs are on the bottom shelf near my feet, along with one of my hard drives.
I have no use for a lamp, calendar, or anything else besides what's there to be of immediate access to me while at my computer.

As for it being small, as least it was free. My parents are very generous to me most of the time.

Aren't there only like three US colors? And don't most people have the original white anyway?

Yeah, what about floppy discs, audio cassettes, and the like?  One of Edison's cylinders?  I'm sure you've got one or three lying around.  Anyway, aren't you afraid you'll kick the CDs or something?

How am I supposed to know?
One shall stand, one shall ball.

If only it was possible to search for things on the interent. That would be neat, someone should get on that.

... floppies are useless these days, and I have never been a fan of cassettes. And the CDs/DVDs are on a shelf; I won't kick them.
Ark, you have the best computer chair ever. I use the same :)
Quote from Metroid Menace:

I don't think I'd ever use that because I like something to rest my back on.
I've been using a ball for years, so stationary chairs make me really uncomfortable now because you can't bounce at all on them :/ (which is the whole point of the ball)
red chamber dream
lol nah it's supposed to help with posture or something. I think I probably hunch over more when using the ball, but oddly my back doesn't hurt as much as it used to (when I had a chair).
actually i've read that our bodies weren't designed to sit at all. so the closer you can get to standing up the better. but no idea if that's true or not. my posture is insanely bad no matter what i'm doing.
red chamber dream
Well, I'm still sitting, just it somehow feels different. Generally yeah, I do hate sitting, though— I'd much rather stand or lie prone.

An interesting thought...please tell me more about this "interent".

Same here, only that I would rather walk or run than just stand.
I only like sitting if it's in a really comfy chair or on a fluffy couch.
red chamber dream
I despise sitting on couches. Couches are very uncomfortable for me, though lying down on them beats sitting.
One shall stand, one shall ball.
You guys are all nuts, sitting kicks ass. Yeah, lying down is better when you have the option, but you should not underestimate the power of sitting.
