I don't know if anyone else has found this, but heres a new early E-Tank/M-Tank:
1. Go to the shaft with Stretchies. Go in the door with Zoomers and a M-Tank.
2. Go back to the previous room, shoot the door to the Zoomer room, start charging your beam, and begin a boost into the Zoomer room.
3. Release charge beam on Zoomers, continue boosting, only to stop under the opening in the ceiling.
4. Shinespark up and go through the door.
5. Freeze the creatures on the pitblock ledges and use them to climb to the two tanks.
Note: Refresh the room if you step on a pitblock and cause a creature to fall.
And that's it! Not useful in 100% due to wasted time, but something you can try out.
