I've totally forgotten the name of the room, its in Torvus Bog, Light world, a simple pass through room.
Its a missile expansion you need the grapple beam for. If you fall you use a morph ball path (with a little pillar rising up and down) to get back up. Also has a couple of annoying tongue enemies that grab you.
Anyway I've found that there are areas of the morph ball path, specifically the bits you need to bomb jump up to a higher level are big enough for Samus to stand in. If from the starting platform, you can Space Jump into and stand perfectly fine. Then when I L Jump from there I almost reach the platform with a missile on it.
However I suck at long jumping, can someone who's good at it confirm if you CAN get that missile early or not?
