I can't believe that anybody would take it seriously, to be honest. It's not like it's an obvious slogan, with a company name or anything. It's essentially just a phrase or group of words that could be attributed to anything.
paraxade: the official m2k2 shirt used to say "impossible is nothing" on the back until zazzle or whatever took it down for trademark infringement because adidas also uses that
