You can easily win any Core-X if the room has a platform in it. The X can only stay static while facing in any of the intercardinal points, so beating it is very easy with a tactic like this.

On the topic of updates, perhaps an update to the floating Omega Metroid and SA-X spark videos. Not much of a difference except the Omega Metroid dies higher up and shows that the SA-X can be sparked though even when frozen, also that you can just hold down during the door transition instead of landing on the floor

Most of what I'll be doing is cleaning up the section to make it neater, whether I add videos, remove them, change descriptions, etc. so I'll look at those.

I actually made an AVI file after I made that VBM, but youtube was being a bit unresponsive to me. It's uploaded now though.

The trick is to wall-jump above Zazabi and get knocked back at the highest point possible, it helps if you shoot just after the knockback animation has finished to cancel the turning around animation

For AVI recording, use the DivX Codec Compression. Full frames take too much memory.

I'm pretty new to this whole encoding thing, but I just saved it as the default AVI, whatever its codecs are.
Sorry about that, will look into the settings next time.

You realise you need to upload both the VMV and the VM0. And is what you done simply jump into the blocks without shinesparking?
