First of all, remember to crop, it saves space.

Secondly, that's just a corpse that, as Quietus said, could've been killed by the eye-door. A lot of the federation characters have suits based on that design. It's just coincidence, really.

It's not him, as not only does Zebes blow up in the end of Super, but Other M is supposed to be after the events of Super. Unless the guy is in a flashback to events before Super takes place, I don't see how it could be the same guy.

I think that is just a cutscene showing a flashback to super.  Besides, I can't picture how MoM and Super could happen at the same time since Samus can't be in 2 places at once.  (don't mean to come off sounding smart, I'm just saying)

I always thought that was Samus in some form of a light suit and varia i was guessing it's like a time suit or something and she just got dead from the door due to an accidental time jump or something :/
