gj, glad to hear it. echoes has been getting some real love lately. i'm not sure i'll be able to meet your estimate (echoes, being d1 f1, takes exponentially longer to process than any other type of video) but i'll try my hardest. don't forget to let me know where you segments are located on the tapes so there are no errors in processing.

Yeah.  I already have the times recorded on my computer.  I'll print out a sheet and put it with the tapes.  I'll also send it to you electronically if you want...
your call.
Congratulations!
I really can't wait to see this run. And as nate said, Echoes is really popular at the moment. But I think that's just because nobody can wait for MP3 and Wii  grin new
good news for quality mavens: most of this run appears to be recorded on svhs tape. now, it wasn't recorded in svhs, but the svhs tapes are much closer to the original vhs spec than crappy modern vhs tapes (much more metal on the tape), so the quality should be near the limit of what vhs can theoretically do, and i can actually confirm this having already seen parts of the first and second tapes.

unfortunately as i said earlier the processing will take quite a lot of time, so i'm not sure exactly when i'll be able to release the run. however, i have a lot of available disk space right now, and that can only help things. tjp can also assist by pming me his comments when he finishes them and the date on which he completed the run so that the posting isn't held up out of want for that information.

Well, that answers my question as to if you received them.  Good news, indeed.

As for the comments, I'm starting those today and I WILL pm you as soon as they come...
