"WHAT!?" -Alucard
Hello all, Ill try to keep this brief. Ive been into sequence breaking a while now, but have been pretty "absent" from the game for a few years. The main site doesnt seem to update anymore (since 2010s post about the frigate crash site secret world being discovered) and was wondering if someone could post a full list of all doable secret worlds on a physical copy of the game that dont require an AR. I just want to be a little more up to date in my "Prime Shennanigans". Thanks in advance.

This isnt up to date either. It doesnt have Fungal Hall A, frigate crash site, or security access B amongst others I dont know about.
It's the most up to date list I know about.

Well thanks for looking into it for me anyway...
you do know that you can move pages so you can rename them so they don't use sw numbering

Alrighty then
getting there...
Awesome to see some new/old blood taking an interest in running the game at its' present state. It would be useful to know when you stopped paying attention to the current route, in order to educate you on what's going on now.

Thanks to streaming, runs are being recorded to archives, with individual runners relying on those that are interested to check their long and usually inadequately labeled archive videos. In short, you really have to be following the community to be up on the newest tricks. It sucks, but modern methods really make it easy for runners to archive a video, and expect the viewer to research the rest. If you're lucky they may update the wiki page, or leave a decent description of the trick in a youtube video somewhere. My best advice is to watch the current best run by T3 and see how that compares to your current route.

Off the top of my head, a  large portion of the game is done out of bounds now. IBBF is now standard, and now there is a now route through the mines that BSJs up some of the vertical shafts of the map. Most recently there is an out of bounds trick for the frigate escape that saves about 15-20 seconds. I would search through the speed tricks topic, and once again watch the most current run. Other than that, unfortunately, it is going to take some diligent research through other threads. There is no complete guide at this point so far as I know.

I appreciate the advice and the sheer amount of typing you did Caveberry, but Im not a speedrunner. I like to get max percents without certain items and stuff like that. Ill look around more to see if I missed any other secret worlds being found besides the storage cavern near phendranas edge but all I really wanted an up to date list for is to recreate them to say I did it is all.

T3's 0:53 does not use the most current route.

A large portion of the game isn't out of bounds. Maybe 4 minutes if you do all the wallcrawls?
Also, IBBF is not "standard"...you still don't have to do it.
That still doesn't help the OP with their request.

Of newer secret worlds, I can think of Fungal Hall A (stupidly precise), and biotech research 1. There are a couple of new no space jump sws as well, most notably magmoor workstation (which is stupidly difficult).

I wouldn't say it's difficult if we don't quite understand  how sticking on the pirate works yet. Things like GTH are stupid difficult.
rocks, locks, and invisible blocks
This SW is a thing:

Aside from this one I can't think of any other new ones.
