Okay, here's my "comprehensive" list of missiles as well as where the missile heavy bosses are.

Tank 1 - 3.0 seconds
Tank 2 - 5.3 seconds
Arachnus - 15 missiles
Main Deck tunnel thing - 5.9 secconds
After morph ball - 9.1 seconds
After unflood - 8.1 seconds
Before PYR unlock - 9.1 seconds
Bob - 22.1 seconds
Right after Mega-X - 6.6 seconds
NOC bombing wall - 5.8 seconds
Habitation Deck - 4.6 seconds
Main Deck speed booster - 4.9 seconds
Yakuza - 22 missiles
Nettori - 44 missiles
Nightmare - 29 missiles

Dogs should have gotten the WT Game boy player by now, along with the japanese fusion cart. If he's going to be playing on easy, then I expect atleast  a 0:48 any% run, if not 47. Go Dogs!!

I'm really looking forward to a sub :50 run, on normal though. If he needs easy mode to do it, that's fine with me. I'm actually looking forward to any type of sub :50 run.

I was working on a fusion run, but I can't really call myself a speedrunner, now can I? Then again I never really did stick to it enough....

Adding a bit more. New missiles I tested are horrendous.
