Ok with the newer Randomizer 3.2 how the hell do you even make it work?! It doesn't do anything, just a command console that closes if you push any key at all, therefore it's impossible to randomize the game because the instructions given with it don't make any sense.

Hey, I replied to you in the randomizer release thread but I'll reply here too.

The randomizer by itself is a bit wonky to get working. I recommend using the Prime Randomizer Script and Interslice's Seed Checker (assuming you're trying to randomize Prime 1). The reason is because even when you get it set up, Claris's randomizer by itself does not guarantee that a generated game can be beaten.
