Ok, there doesn't seem to be a lot of ar codes for v 1.2 (Why). I have been searching and searching for this certain code "Use phazon beam anywhere". So I search v1.2 and there isnt one for 1.2. Is there one for the version I have?

Or here? (Europe)

The US codes specified v1.2 on the selection screen, but the Europe one didn't.

You should just enter the 'This code must be on' code, as well as the Beam code you're after.  I don't believe there's anything else to it.
