You guys think LoD and TLM are next? Think again. Check out the statistics and do a simple algebra problem. Skynes, Sarah, Eruditious, and Fractic all post at a rate of about 8 posts a day. Granted, they probably wont pass LoD, but as for TLM, well he's a dead man. Here's an interesting statistic: if Skynes keeps up his current rate of posting, he will have the sam amount of posts yoshi has in about 46 days (as of the instant this post was written). This is especially amazing when you consider yoshi has about a 300 post head start on Skynes.
P.S. I'm not saying skynes should post less; his posts seem legitimate to me.

I'm definitely having similar problems. I was going to do a statistic to show when those four would have half the posts of the entire forum, but decided it would take waaaaaay too much clicking. My estimate is about one year. Now that's scary.

If you look carefully, skynes isn't keping up his rate of posting, though. Yeah, he posted an insane amount in hs first couple of days which skewed his posts per day statistic, but he's not posting nearly as much now. A lot of people will do that, post lots at first then calm down. I wouldn't worry about him taking over the forums.
It's undoubtable that we're growing fast now though, just look at the "new posts by month" statistic. In December we had 185 new posts, an all-time high at the time. In January we get 693 and February brings 2841 new posts though, and we're set to top that this month. I wonder what happened to cause such a jump?

By the way, another eample of how unreliable the "posts per day" statistic is. My postes per day are about 3.4, but in the last 24 hours including this post I have made 40 posts.
And you say skynes is the one to watch out for. :P

Sorta scratching on a point there, LoD. My post count per day isn't really comparable to skynes or someone else who joined recently. I've been here since before MHQ gave all those vids to M2K2, and back this board was barely conscious. It got down to about a post a week at one point, until the influx generated by first more runs and then Zero Mission... I'd actually say we got more people from Bulleta's various runs than we did from ZM, and then Radix started cross-linking to us. So... yeah... I think I lost track of my point here. Oh well.

Or am I..... Muhahahahha. Not really enough stuff going on to keep my posting rate high. I'm on the board every day, but there's not enough convos to keep me as active. *Thinks hard*
