Yo.
Learn how to extract the graphics from a GBA rom and reinsert them. You'll probably have to do some custom frames as SA-X doesn't officially have hanging graphics (there may be others.) You may also need to change some palettes around. See this topic for details on that.

One of the big rules in modding communities is that you should not ask other people to do stuff for you unless you have content of your own to show that you are perfectly capable and willing to get something done. If they like what they see, they might jump aboard and help, but that will only happen if you are the one taking initiative and getting actual work done. Posting a topic on a forum saying you're going to make a hack without any screenie proof does not help.
