I just need some pictures that show the separation of the maps in the game. I would very much appreciate a link directly to the pictures rather than a forum or site. Such as imageshack. The way I mean separated is, if two or more maps are on the "same screen" essentially. This is just for my own peace of mind.

Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
Not entirely sure what you mean - whether you want each area map separately or not.  Have you seen the cool one that's already here?
Sorry, I mean as in to see it as we were discussing earlier. To see which rooms are on the same "map". I just want to see for myself. I was messing around with the wall climbing so I just want to see somethin.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
There are no rooms on the same map.  And all the rooms are on the same map - it depends how you look at it.  If you're talking about which rooms link to which other rooms, then they are all linked in exactly the same way.  Even lift transitions are just standard doors, just with different attributes.  In short, the whole game is one map.
What I mean exactly is, you know how you are saying that the Mock Troid room isn't linked to any other room? That's the type of mapping I want. What rooms are linked to what other rooms via X-Ray climbing.

Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
As I said, no rooms are linked to any other rooms.  Each room is loaded as you enter, and the rest are unloaded.  X-ray climbing does not affect room transitions at all.  The same doors go to the same rooms whether you X-ray climb to them or just exit normally.  When you X-ray climb, you're just vertically wrapping around the same room.  You could probably do so infinitely, and just keep wrapping past the same door.

That being the case, any map will do you, as the doors are all the same.
Well, that confuses me. For one thing, I want to note, you said that it is a lone room. Also, you know the room to the top far left, where if you exit the top left area you can find a missle and SM in the ground of Maridia? If you X-Ray climb to the top of the left side of the room, go up I think 3 rooms and move right a bit, you enter the room at the bottom of the elevator on the middle right side of the map. So this is what I am trying to figure out.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
Oh, I'm with you.  Those are just normal doors, which work like every other door.  The developers later covered them up, so you cannot access them.  There are a few like that, but I very much doubt anybody has thought to map out where they all go.  To be honest, it wouldn't take that long to do yourself.
I may depending on my resources. I finally got a new computer but I need to get another controller and the internet again. As far as the maps are concerned, I wasn't worried about the doors and where they go, persay. Just where exactly do I go when I leave the tops of these maps. That room for instance, from what I gather, I am in the room just before the elevator room. I can generally tell based on where I am getting hit or what I am landing on.

If you go left, you are in the small room next to it, but if you go to where the sand is supposed to warp you down a room or two, the game freezes. If this is already mapped out, not the doors and such just the maps that are "connected" in this manner, this would be much easier. I'll figure it out eventually I am sure.

As I said, for where the normal doors go, you can just use any existing map.  For those doors not used in the normal game, I am making a map for you. aiwebs_004

And that door you mentioned that you touched.  It's the top of the pipe elevator, in the room where the Plasma door opens after defeating Draygon.
So you're saying that I am entering at the top of the elevator and I end up at the bottom of the screen?
Also, please please please upload the pictures or whatever you plan to do onto a site like imageshack or link the download here.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
No, what I'm saying is the block that must have touched was only one tile in size, and would have originally been planned for you to be in morphed form.  When you touch it, the room transition occurs as normal, so it spits you out in the room that that door tile leads to, which is the big room with the entrance to the plasma beam section.  You know, where the door is grey until you kill Draygon?  Can you hear yourself moving around, somersaulting and stuff?  Are you still outside the walls, or does it spit you out inside the room?

No no. Ok start from the top elevator. Look left until you reach a similar sized room, directly left, of the room that has the grey door to the plasma. In that room, you go left a few blocks, up one and there is a door. In that room, you go left a few blocks and fall down under a starfish thing to find a missle and a super missle. The room I am talking about is the large room just before this.

In this large room, I believe you enter from the bottom right or middle right. This is the same room if you run to the right through a wall, you find a missle there. The top left door of this room, if you xray above this room, then space jump in the middle of it up 3 rooms and just a few tiles to the right, you will warp to the bottom of previously said elevator room.

If that wasn't the answer you're looking for, it spits you out inside the room itself. Below the elevator.

Here's a map detailing where all redundant doors are, as well as where they spit you out. cookie

I've made some of the lines longer than necessary, just to make them stand out more.  I also didn't bother drawing arrows for the doors in Tourian after Mother Brain, since they're all grey after you go through.  Needless to say, they just take you back a room.

Not sure I understand what I'm looking at. So yeah, the room to the left of the large room before plasma is what I am referring to. Going outside the top brings you to the elevator room to the right.

Do the lines represent the garbage doors outside of the rooms using x-ray climb?
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
Well, they're not all outside the walls.  Some are within the solid blocks that make up the walls, but the arrows start from where the redundant doors can be found, and point to where they spit you out.
You said they go back a room? Then why is it that I go right like 4 rooms in the room I mentioned? Maybe just luck?
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
No, the doors in Tourian after Mother Brain go back to the previous room.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
The door tiles that you touch in the rooms on the map take you to where the arrows point.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
For example, the door tile that you are likely touching within the room you mentioned spits you out above the long pipe that goes down through Maridia.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
If you do the same going back through the other way (as the arrow shows) it doesn't take you back, it takes you to the small sand / bug filled room.
I suppose. I didn't actually expect them to go back and forth. I just was trying to figure out why I was shot several maps away from my original.
Super Secret Area - Dead Ahead!
That's just how those doors were set up when the game was made.  It looks like it was originally meant to be a shortcut back and forth, but they later decided against it.
