What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.

Does anyone else remember how much more kickass the Japanese boxarts of MP1 and MP2 were compared to the American boxart? Well, MP3 continues that trend--

I've noticed that with a few of the images you've posted today, actually. The other one I can think of off the top of my head is Jigglypuff's final smash. Hopefully it's just my computer that's doing this though.

hmm.. it is kinda cool, but overall I like the US box art better. mostly because the Japanese box art emphasizes the other hunters almost as much as Samus, and makes it look almost like a MP: Hunters box art. I can't stand the MP: Hunters box art because it represents the bastardization of Metroid gameplay into an FPS.. Evil or Very Mad

. I will say that I love the full bodyshot head-to-toe of Samus, as in the original Metroid Prime cover =D>

Holy shit, that box is amazing. Now THAT'S epic, not our Samii infested one.

EDIT: Strange that Ghor's on the "space pirate" side with DS, ridley, and the pirate when the other hunters are on the side with the trooper.

the boxart looks better than out box.

would look even better if only DS and Ridley were along samus (since they come back many times in the game and are major bosses)

I actually like the US boxart better, which is really saying something, since I hate the MP3 US boxart. On the Japanese one, Samus just looks... off.

I also liked the US Prime I boxart better (but not Echoze's).

It is indeed good buts its not better on that fact that dark samus looks like a minor plot twist, she should have been how she was on the american boxart. I'm glad to se ridley thier. ^_^

There is no Dark Samus on the US MP3 boxart. It's just a darkened version of Samus, I suppose to represent her Corrupted mode.

I don't; that's simply the only real possibility. It looks nothing like Dark Samus, and nothing else would make sense within the context of the game.

imo, it needed more ridley and less reflection. corrupted samus looks different even.

Its dark....and its samus......i thought that was the only real explanation, i thought it was showing to to good v.s. evil team leaders. The reason we se DS's face as a reflection is because of how poor of a view we get of here. I couldn't imagine that thats what it is but the is..........whats a good word......creative thinking....yeah i'll go with that. :-D

Yes i know but i feel it was intended to be DS. DS did come from samus so the warped body is because its showing where dark samus originated from.

this is precisely why the US boxart blows. that reflection has no business there if we go by what is in-game.
