Wouldn't the best way of informing people of that be actually making constructive posts, rather than ones informing your audience that you'll only be posting when your preferred outlets are unavailable? I can't imagine that telling people you'd rather be somewhere else is constructive.

Well, i probably signed up long after it happened, so i never have had encountered one. :D

However, when Serebii Forums is down, its usually like 2to 4 days or more of downage. Not a bad forum, but having it down is fairly annoying.

1up, havent been there LONG enough to even notice anything because it is so dang slow! Plus the only thing i ever do on those forums is modify my own userpage(maybe if someone made one of those here, it would a hell-of-a-lot more cool.)

But this place is quite decent i must say.

hi everyone, my name's Andy, I'm from So Cal, I'm 17 and have been a fan of the Metroid franchise since Metroid: Zero Mission. I actually picked up the game on accident, and loved it. I had never heard of the series before that, but I became a fan for life after I beat the game. :)

Welcome to the forum! It's always nice to see new users who actually post in proper English.

If you haven't played any of the Metroid games besides ZM, I would suggest getting Super Metroid (if you have an SNES) or Metroid Prime (if you have a GameCube).
