Hi, I'm new to these parts. I go by Moonlight or Moonlight Sonata, and most wind up calling me Moony. By day I'm a crazy high school literature teacher known to get a little too excited about her job and a little too into the material, but hey, I have fun. By... well, later day I'm a fanfic-writing, video game-playing, anime-watching Lord of the Rings obsessee.
I first played Metroid at the age of 12, but things wound up making me drift away from video gaming. As the saying goes, though, you can take the video games away from the girl, but not the girl away from the video games: 13 years later I rediscovered Metroid, and it's now been over a year that Metroid has been a big part of my hobbies, and my life. I figured I'd join up here to keep up on sequence break tricks, because while I'm lousy at them and will never discover any myself, I have fun trying them and get a sense of accomplishment when I successfully do one.
