So I've been thinking about how the game could begin and I figure the coolest way would be by reliving the Mother Brain fight in Super Metroid, like the trailer seems to hint at. Well, I busted out my tablet, got in an artistic mood and decided to sketch out some storyboards for how I envision the beginning of Other M. (Dunno if this is better for Art or for here since it seems like it could fit in either forum).
I'm planning on working on the next three images sometime soon and will post them up when I'm done as well. My biggest issue is that I have serious doubts about my ability to draw Samus at all so I may be doing a few odd perspectives so I don't have to try drawing her front on. That or I'll try for general outline with a bit of shading.
