From what I've seen hacking Fusion is pretty hard, and in some cases more trouble than it's worth since nobody has been able to completely get around the event system and item order if I understand things right. If you're still interested in checking it out your best bet is to go here:

I've never used the program myself so I can't help you much beyond pointing you in their direction.

I have known the tool(DH) as well as the trouble ..
but I want to try my best to hack it,though I can hack little point.

Double Helix seems to have a HUGE learning curve, if you are looking to merely hack a Metroid game, may I suggest Super Metroid? The hacking tools (SMILE mainly) for Super Metroid seems to be much more refined and easier to use.
