I didn't think it was possible, but I got the Power Bombs in Upper Brinstar (Red Upper Brinstar) before spazer, ice, HBJ's and all those other items! All I had was 15 Missiles, 5 Super Missiles, Morph Ball and Charge beam. If I can record this magnificent exploit on ZSNES, I will submit it!
