How would you rank Metroid games compared to each other?

What'd you say?

As the title says, comparing the Metroid games against each other, how would you rank them from your favorite to least favorite? Also, list which ones you haven't played. I'm simply asking out of curiosity.

I never owned a Gamecube and I recently got a Wii. I ordered the Prime Trilogy, it's in the mail as we speak.

They fixed a lot of breaks would be the main complaint. But if the game needs those to be good it's a bad game anyway. Prime doesn't need them.

I don't like the Wii controls at all but most other people seem to be fine with them so I don't know.

That sounds about right. And even though I like some more than others, I still feel that each game has something to offer and a reason to play it.

I guess I'm one of the few who actually liked Other M's gameplay, despite the Where's Waldo segments and the horrid plot.

Also, Ty, if you've never played, the Trilogy is a perfect buy.
It's what I would hand someone who has yet to play the games.

that's what i was thinking too until i played prime on the gamecube again. i think playing the originals after the trilogy games can make you appreciate the original gamecube controls even more
