ok. i'll mention that for an eu version difference on that page as well. y'all don't have the easy and hard difficulties though, right?

Nope.  Wish we did though.  Then we'd have those ownage ending pics.
OK,I am a newbie(first post <_< >_>)
And I have the ORIGINAL german cartridge.
So about 5 minutes ago,I used the ALTERNATE Route to get the secret message!(no shinespark,no diffusion missile)
They didnt fix the glitch...
All I thought was hooray!!! :D

btw great site
shit.

izo, or anyone else who might have "confirmed" this, could you please check in your game again and compare the room adjacent to the diffusion missile data room carefully with what i have posted on the site. if it's really fixed, then one of three things must be true:

1) there are multiple european versions of metroid fusion
2) the above poster is lying
3) the above poster is telling the truth, and there is an alternative secret message method which remains even in the fixed version of the game.

I think I might be wrong...  >.>

Sorry.
Actually checked the positioning of the what's-it's-name and it is the same as the NA version, so never mind it.

After checking it, I managed to waste the 250 missiles I had, and I got stuck between the pluffers and the missile-blocks to the right. This means that I could not leave sector 4 and had to quit.

I know there are enemies there, but if 50 don't drop missiles, then I don't know how bad my missile-X luck is.
hahah. thanks for that, shadowjedi. great to hear that fusion's "wtf were they smoking" level design is still alive and well, too. page corrected.
ok, i know im bumping a 2 year old thread, but i think its better than  starting a new one...

if you do the alternate route, it it possible to get back afterwards, and still get the diffusion missiles?
Yes, it is possible to get back afterwards...

It is a bit unnecesary to ask a bunch of questions in a bunch of different topics, though. Especially when two of them are completly new.

And you didn't exactly bump it...
what route do you take to get back? is there a red door in aqa i somewhere that leads to aqa ii?
im thinking that you do the trick backwards, with the higher puffer, because its positioned on the other side?
Time bomb set get out fast!
Can you just go up the elevator, go back to Sector 5, and come in from below like you did after Nightmare?
