i'm new, i live in france and saw some videos of metroid fusion on metroid2002.com, i wanted to know if it is possible to beat the game WITHOUT taking the space jump and fight yakuza, thanks a lot everyone ;)
Because of locked doors, a lack of real bomb jumping, and a lack of a good wall jump. The only thing that could possibly even open doors for sbing in Fusion is the shinespark, and, well, that's not exactly useable everywhere.
I'm a big wall jump fan (although I'm not so good at it), so I was very disappointent about the fact that the wall jump can't be done in just one wall, but I think it's good that they made it more realistic, than, for example, in ZM, where you almost climb the wall, except that it doesn't have a ladder...
Hi. I have a question, and I might as well post it in this topic.
If you start a game on hard difficulty in MF, will you attain anything when you beat it again, or does it (like MZM) unlock something like a sound test?
And, at the end
<SPOILER WARNING>
when I was facing the SA-X, I finished it's first form and made it transform into it's 2nd really ugly form. My battery was running low, so I opened up my map and plugged in the charger. Now, once I exited the map, I was able to hit the thing in the head twice (with fully charged shots) but after that, all my shots (regular and charged), and all my missiles (regular and charged) just went through him. I tried shooting his head, body, and feet, but nothing worked. =/ Has this happened to anyone else? After quite a few shots, I just turned off my GBA thinking it was a glitch.
There's also that one room right next to the diffusion download that has a different layout. Prevents getting the secret message with the alternate route.
When you finish this game, you don't get any extras at all? You don't get any other difficulties, galleries, or anything? Just checking, because I just beat it (5:29 - 65% - first playthrough ever), and I'm wondering if I should beat it again to unlock more, better things.
You can get a gallery? If this is like MZM, then I should be able to view my endings in the gallery section, but I can't find that section, and I just beat the game. Where is the options/gallery section?
All I can see on my main screen is the 3 different MF files, the switch between GBA sound and headphones, and the Exit button. When I click on one of the 3 files, I get start, copy, erase, and after I press start on my completed file, I get "start new", and "continue". I see no options or gallery section! >.<
He's not implying anything. He's expressly stated exactly that numerous times.
EDIT:

I didn't know there was an alternate route. What is it?
