Thread title:
I haven't had much experience with Noxus, but I do have a few tips....

First, DO NOT go alt. Noxus has one of the worst alt forms and you should be able to freeze most other hunters when they try to alt spam. Also, try raising your sensitivity a little bit. Thats what I did when I was having trouble with Kanden. Hope this helps a bit.
Shadowfreeze.

Do it.  All the time.
Agent Heart
Use your alt if you're going up against Trace. He sucks at close range, and if he tries lunging at you, he'll be hurt too by your spinning blade. And Sylux too. The Shock Coil sucks on alts, and he needs to get close to Triangle bomb you, so slice him up!
Yeah, don't use Alt form Noxus, maybe only if your opponent is in Alt form as well.
Shadowfreeze and deathfreeze are good combos. Or maybe shoot Magmaul around your opponent too. That helps for me. (Even though it's not Noxus' weapon of choice. And if your opponent is close, you may want to charge up Judicator and freeze him directly.

That's about it. Oh and try to dodge others attacks too.
On the Oubliette arena, if someone shoots at you with the Omega Cannon, you can stay still in your alt form, and you won't get hurt!  This works with Trace, too.  On tall arenas, like Oubliette and Fuel Stack, use your charged up Judicator shot when you enemy is above you.  It'll freeze them.  Too bad you can get up there quickly.
hey, sorry for the bump, but thanks alot guys.....

also, any little tips for a sylux and beating samus spammers
What do you mean by Samus spammers?  As for Sylux, if you're about to die, don't be afraid to run away in alt-form.  His alt is the fastest of them all.  When using the Shock Coil, try to follow whoever you're attacking, and keep the beam centered on the target.  If you're dealing with an alt-spammer that gets right up close, stop using it.  Simply morph and try to get a triangle of bombs around them.  It's almost always an instant kill.

I meant to say "Too bad you can't get up there quickly.".

I think this would be a good place to dig up my old anti-alt-form guide. Might not really apply to Noxus, but it should be helpful.

Samus: it's all about your dodging ability. If you're Weavel, use the battlehammer (the best all-around anti-alt weapon, actually. Too bad it's only Weavel that it's useful with, it's practically the only gun I never use with anyone else). Look down and at the radar, and note where they drop the bombs. Jump around, and make sure you land on a safe spot. Fire missiles, or magmaul if you can dodge those as well. If you start hitting yourself with your own Magmauls, use something else. It's actually much tougher than it sounds - it's hard enough to find a spot safe from bombs, let alone bombs AND magmauls.

Kanden: get on a ledge, and they'll probably try to bomb-jump up to it. During the delay, shoot them with the imp for a good 70 damage. Finish them off with the weapon of your choice, most likely Magmaul, though they should be able to dodge it easy enough since chances are they won't be moving much since their bombs are homing (their bomb will go right up next to the ledge. Also, get right on the very edge of your platform, that way, if they bomb-jump they may hit your foot and not make it, so they'll have to bomb up again.

Spire: if you can, get on a ledge or a peak. They can climb up the side, but they can't get on top of it - kill them with power beam charged shots or missiles. They may still be able to hit you, but it won't do much damage (since you're only getting hit by half of it) and you can jump over it if you need to. If you're using a fast character (Sylux, Noxus) run backwards while shooting at it. It has almost no dodging ability and they'll go down quickly. (Note that if the ledge has a curved transition from the wall to the actual ledge, they can still get up it if they know how!)

Noxus: (I just fought one, it might have been a bad one however. They're not very common, most Noxuses just use Shadow Freeze and Imperialist, which is much worse IMO), use the same strategy as against Spire. It just has to be a ledge, really... Don't try to fight it on flat ground, the Vhoscythe has awesome turning ability and you'll just land on it and die if you try to jump, and they'll dodge your shots with no problem. An alternate strategy if you have a lot more life than them is to stay right near them - what would you rather be hit by, a 25-damage initial hit or an 80-damage full-windup hit?

Weavel: they can be deadly if they're skilled, and very easy to kill if they're not. Use single-hit, large damage attacks (charged Magmaul, charged Volt Driver, Imperialist, tri-bomb, etc) on the turret to do a lot of damage before they realize they're being shot at. If they're in an alt tunnel (so they can't retract their turret) use Shock Coil to kill it quickly, and Shock Coil again to kill the top half (since they'll only have 1 health left, just pointing it in their general direction should kill them).

Trace: just use Magmaul and dodge their attacks. DON'T JUMP, they can still hit you and it slows you down. Kanden has an advantage here - charged VD will make it extremely hard for them to see you. One thing I found out by pure luck - if you're Samus, in Morph Ball, and you lay a bomb JUST as they hit you, the bomb will go off, propel you out of their way, and hurt them. Awesome! Keep an Imperialist handy for when they start to run away - trust me, they will. That's why I hate them, Trace users are just a bunch of cowards, quite frankly.

Sylux: get in a corner so they can't kill you as readily. Chances are, when you get in the corner, there'll be at least 2 seconds of "Oh crap, I never thought of that, now how do I kill them?" followed either by a charge (doing minimal damage per bomb, but can still kill you if they're good at button-mashing) or an unmorph (most likely followed by Imperialist). If you can't find a corner, use Magmaul or Weavel's battlehammer, since it has a huge blast radius.

Did he not say that he needs help only with Samus spammers and strategies for Sylux?

divineobscurity: Do you mean Samus alt-spammers, or what?  I cannot give you a good answer to a question I do not know.

I thought it would help with the Samus alt-spammers. Also, Sylux's affinity sucks against alt-forms most of the time, so a little too much information wouldn't hurt, right? I find Sylux to be the worst hunter for fighting alts (except slow ones that you can tri-bomb).
once again i return with a bump. thanks guys for your help. ive gone back to noxus and stick with him.

i hate the vhoscythe, and rarely even use it to get away (shadow freeze-leg it i find work alot better)

the only enemy i have trouble with is other noxus players. kandens occasionly too, but a good kanden player is very rare.

now i need some tips on killing certain hackers. now am i correct-a snipe to the face will still kill an invincible hacker? as their health replenishes automaticaly when hit.

oh and one more thing, wall breakers on combat hall, i saw a thing on youtube where a noxus sat still in the wall, and when the other person broke through, the vhoscythe 'bounced them out'

thanks all

When you're dealing with a hacker, I find that pressing that little button that says "power" on it helps.
the thing is, the little button that says 'power' on it looses you points. and i need as many as i can get as im still in the 100s (2*)

so, whats the fastest way to get good, and get your ranking up?

I was too lazy to read all messages but i have one [glow=blue,2,300]Sylux[/glow] trick.
i'm not sure is it in this topic already, but anyway do this:
-set one bomb
-select other place
-when someone comes between you and bomb, set another bomb
-keep setting bombs, and when you find right times to set bombs your enemy will get much damage

If you didn't understand me i can make a video :D
I don't know how relevant that is, but try not to bump old topics.
I think he's talking about the three-bomb trick, where you make a triangle of bombs around someone (I think it does 180 damage or something).
