I don't know if this has already been discussed, but I saw one for bosses that didn't include these guys. Which one poses the most challenge to you? I choose the space pirates, especially on hard mode. Their the only ones who really give me any trouble.

Crocomire, hands down.  Most bosses just require the right weapons and some timing, but beating Croco actually involves hacking!  Definitely the hardest, imho.
