I don't give a damn as long as the exploration is good.

A return would be nice though, this is a new studio so they need to prove they can do Metroid right before taking too much creative liscense. Once they prove they can make a good game and not fuck with our continuity or universe then they can be trusted to make new content in that universe.

I would love to see Kraid in this but I think they should also add new bosses. It would be cool if they could include like 1-2 bosses from each game.  extra_smug

I want to see kraid in this game like I want to see samus sexualized.

Which I guess was a bad example because most would want her to be, but in this case I don't.

With the battle system that we've seen so far, Kraid would actually work out pretty well.

quite frankly I personally never liked the Retro Studios Metroid games even though they are a good developer... so I'd say my statement still applies. The combat does look a little different but as long as there is side scrolling exploration in a big way with lots of platforming I'll be completely happy.
