Glitches topic

So I fought Quadraxis today, and... I found something.

Before the fight starts, and you can walk off the elevator, there's a thing in the room. It's big, it's invisible, and all of my shots bounce off it. It's floating above and in front of Quadraxis' head, and I have no idea what it could be.

I'm pretty sure it's just the collision from the boss e.g. he's there and just invisible/inactive before the fight starts.

Guess that's what happens if you take off the visor on the same frame that the shot hits the Ing Cache.

my umbrella goes directly to Bankai

so the Ing caches were hiding the sun.
no wonder Dark Aether is at night always.

I've seen the latter on youtube before in a camcorder video. The camcorder video didn't show when it started to happen though.

Cool trick though.

We need to find a way to make that Aerotrooper Pirate ricochet consistent. 100% would become the best category just for having that in it.

ya its the same with the jump guardian he's there but invis till you enter the light field

Not sure if this is known, but defeating Caretaker Drone blocks the main entrance to the Spider Guardian in Dynamo Chamber. It also completely despawns the Boss, the room state is still the same as if you didn't kill him. Happened in a randomizer, had to go this way because I didn't have Dark Beam

I thought that happens when you don't go through the main section of dynamo chamber?

it does. The tunnel is blocked until you pass through Dynamo Works for the first time. It's unrelated to Caretaker Drone. Just go into Dynamo Works, walk up to the dark door, and leave.

so, finally someone got the no bombs glitch on video.

i had that happen when i did the segmented mp2 speedrun way back in 2010. for some reason, i couldn't replicate it when i mentioned it and wanted to provide a video. typically it would only happen when you don't want it to happen.

I had it happen 2 out of the 3 times I'd gone in that room during my 20% run... I will always spring ball in front of the slot and lay bombs, and then spring ball into the slot from now on.
