slowdown like the one in tapes in slow-mo mode?

btw, i think my GC had the lens dirty or something.

Yep. I've noticed that as well.

What I've seen:

- Sometimes the sanddiggers explode very slowly.
- Sometimes the trip through a portal slows down as well.

WHOAZ!!! I just got this crazy glitch happen to me. It looked pretty weird too. I was in Main Gyro Chamber, and I power bombed the rubble blocking the bomb slot, nothing new. Well I was doing the minor speed trick, rolling into the slot when it was raising, when suddenly, the bomb slot stuck with the Morph Ball in the ground. The criss cross electrical wires that hold the ball in the bomb slot were floating in midair! Laughing

But the Morph ball had no chance of escape! So I went to fetch my camera but when I came back everything was back to normal. Crying or Very sad

I found something a few minutes ago, it was in the dark world, dark agon, dueling range. I was jumping on each platform, and when i looked up, i saw and Ing in its puddle form, stuck on a wall! Laughing

i jumped beside it, and it was literaly stuck on the wall! Then for some stupid reason, i changed to light beam, to activate a ultra light beacon, and it killed the ing in its puddle form Crying or Very sad

and i was about to grab my camera to take a pic of it. crud! ill try to reproduce it, but it was really funny, i was shooting at it, hopelessy, not able to escape my wrath! hahaha!

Emperor ing third form is possible beat only one hit if you use screw attack strategy.

This strategy is very good speedruns and low-% game.

My 22% run before Emperor ing 5.42-5.43
clear time 5.50

Emperor ing and Dark samus took only 7-8 minutes total time for me. Djgrenola use anhilator strategy and this strategy took much more time about 14-15 minutes.

Ok my English skill not very good but try understand my post.

the Screw Attack strategy is relatively new. i saw it for the first time in the 101% SS run and that run is quite recent.

It was used in the any% done last year as well. although s_e doesn't beat EI in only one hit.

Silent Echos any-% 1.43 time both boss took: 5-minutes (battle looking perfect but he use annhilator strategy.

My low-% 22% both boss took: 7-minutes (im take lot mistake)

Yeah my low-% run Emperor ing & dark samus battle is only two minutes slower with Silent echo perfect any-% run last battle. Im say im missing 1-minutes Emperor ing first form and im missing 1-2 minutes Emperor ing third form. Im say both last boss is possible beat about 4-minutes. I don,t sure 3 minutes but anyway.

Im say Silent Echos any-% time is possible beat about 1.41-1.42 if he use Screw attack strategy last boss. Wink

Do you have to wait for the emperor ing to jump in order to kill him in one hit?

My time couldn't have been lowered to 1:41 with that trick, because My save in sky temple is 1:38 but a VERY high 1:38. It was probably more than 1:38:. :(

The 1:43 final time is also very high. I had very much trouble to take the 1:44 to 1:43.

Anyway, 1:42 could probably have been possible with your new trick, though it would have been very difficult. I think that I would have saved around 30secs with the new technique. Other seconds could have been saved during DS4. 6:31:90 remaining couldn't have been possible because I hadn't sonic boom but 6:20 remaining could have been a possibility. With a VERY good emperor ing battle and DS4 battle, yes it might have been possible to get 1:42.

Anyway, I'm not going to improve it. There are too many gunships in a segmented any% run : the nearly impossible grapple skip, boost guardian with 2 tanks no dark suit +1 round kill, chykka without grapple and 2 e-tanks and the extremely frusterating second segment at the beggining of Agon.

you can kill emp-ing in one hit?! with the SA! I defenitly need a vid, or a very detailed description from you master-88. because that could help me in my 18% run. since i wont be using the anni beam on him (hopefully, if i can skip it) its going to be nearly impossible to kill him without it. so, a description or vid would be cool.

i have no clue. i just saw the post that master-88 made, and it said "he used the screw attack stragety, to kill Emp ing in 1 hit". then iowa said he killed him in 2, so i dont know. Where do you find this strat? in s_e's new 101% vid, and his any% vid? im REALLY confused now...

in s_e's speed runs, he uses SA 4 times in 101% and 2 times in any% to kill the Emperor. in the any% run, it looked like an accident while in the 101% run the strat is fully developed (but not perfectly done due to being a SS run)

Hmm? I don,t know it is Emperor ing possible beat only one hit us-versio Because Im use Europa Pal versio but anyway.

Im say emperor ing screw attack trick is pretty easy trick but im say you need lucky. This trick is difficult explain because im speak worst english.

Use screw attack under him when boss make jump attack. If you have enought lucky so boss died. Im use annhilator beam one rounds and second round im use screw attack and screw attack kill Emperor ing only one hit. Im losing only 30-beam ammo last boss my 22% game because fast screw attack strategy help me really much.

Im say this trick help lot Dr trence 18% run but I don,t can explain this better. Sorry.

I understand. I will have to test this out on the US versio, because i know that silent echoe uses the european version too. I should try this out on my 100% run. so thanks!

I found this strange glitch which is using Screw Attack to get into a morph ball hole.

Yup. It's one of the very few game breaking glitches. It hasn't been mentioned 'round here for a long time now.

Congrats for finding it yourself Fierce. Hone your Prime glitching skills and take what you've learned back to Zelda. :)
