I cant seem to be able to wall jump anymore. I just got past mother brain, and im trying the first of the two walljump shortcuts. It doesnt work.
I try to walljump up the wall. I get up one jump, then i try another and samus stands up straight. Im using the same technique that i always have been, its just that it has stopped working now. Any ideas on what may be causing it?
im not though. I even tried pressing further down, but she doesnt face up then. She just doesnt want to walljump. o.O
I dont know why I'd be out of shape, because i just started a run and got to the first ship save in 28:05... which is better than usual for me... and before the ship, i had all of my walljumps perfect. Even going up the escape shaft, it was fine.
Maybe I'll try walljumping with my DS, and see if its the gameboy's problem. :P I kinda doubt that though...
Lazylen, have you tried holding your GBA differently? I know that sounds like odd advice, but it can really help. For example, I have a lot of trouble pulling off the single-wall wall jump, and on left-hand walls I can't do it at all -- except when I sit sideways, with my left arm resting on the back of the chair. Then I can do it easily. I'm not sure why it works... something about button pressure, I guess.
