Just dusted off the old NES, sadly metroid is missing :(.  To make matters worse the power adapter for the SNES is also missing so super metroid lies  unused on the shelf :(.  Does anyone know if there are Mac OSX based emulators out there?  Seems that that might be easier than buying the game from ebay. Any input would be great.

You could just play the extra on Zero Mission or Prime, if you have them.
Found emulator called RockNES. Seems to work fine on the Mactop. Also after many dead links and really lame rom sites I found Metroid, woot. Wasted the whole afternoon...it was everything I imagined it could be. ha ha ha.

zophar.net for all your emulating needs.

or for mac stuff can go straight to richard bannister's site.
I was lurking the web and came accoss these forums, I remember when I was a kid and the first time I played metroid. it was one of my first nes games and one that kept me going for awhile. I would come home after school and play the classic.

another emulator to checkout is nestopia, I think theres a mac port, supports over 200 mappers.
