Well, a guro topic would be locked immediately just because this isn't an imageboard but rather a board for (hopefully) intelligent discussion. And any post full of guro or other hentai would be considered spam and deleted. Just go to 4chan if you want to post guro.

Just curious, as it seems that if anything was generally deemed inappropriate, it'd make more sense to remove it, since then people can't even look at it.  :-s

It's possible to move or remove entire threads, yes. We're just so quick to do so that you never see the spam stuff before it's gone.

(And by we, I guess I mean everyone but me. No one really spams in the hacks thread any more. :( )

Most of the time threads that disappear are moved or locked, only complete spam topics actually get deleted. IIRC deleting threads isn't the preferred action around here.

It might be better to PM someone about this than mention it here, but could someone please delete the hat-crap that SABERinBLUE and Kennyman put in my post in the "Question about Red Scarlet" topic?  Every time I tried to edit it out(before the topic was locked), it was always put back on there against my will.  Yes, I know it's funny, but enough is enough.

@Phazar: You must realize by now that this forum by any means is NOT a democracy? Pretty much whatever the mods do fly (within reason, but, then again, reason is up to the mods because this isn't a democracy.) You're SOL on this one, buddy. Also, yes, the hats are much better than your original post, I have to admit.
