Just saw this now:  :(

Seeing as the game was supposed to come out at launch, that means by the time it comes out it's going to be 7+ months over the original release date. But at least it sounds like Retro is trying as hard as they can to give the fans what they want.

Retro needs to take their time if they want their event triggers working right.

As with everything good at Nintendo.  Zelda PH recently got pushed back.  Zelda TP was pushed back by over a year.

TWW was rushed.  Look what happened.  I for one welcome the extension. A few years down the line when we're STILL playing it, we'll be grateful.

Weren't we already expecting this? Ever since the Wii's launch, I've been thinking it'd be Brawl first, then Galaxy, then Corruption last.

And rotfl, groovemeister, you are lost, man. TWW was one of the finest games produced by Nintendo and didn't need more time. TP, on the other hand, seems to have wasted the extra time it was given.

Unfortunately, Nintendo hasn't given us much information on any of those three games in quite a while. Not enough to tell when each game will be coming out anyway.

I'd been thinking that it would've been Corruption, then Galaxy, and then Brawl. Corruption was supposed to be a launch title but was pushed back, Galaxy was well on it's way, and Brawl was only a few months into production by the time E3 came around last year based on what I had heard.

At this point it's hard to tell what's going to happen, but with this news it's a safe bet that it won't be Corruption first to the gate. At least I hope not, or else we're going to have to wait quite a while for these three games to arrive.

:P Nintendo should have waited to release the Wii when Brawl was finished.

The Wii, in short, should have been a Brawl launch title.

Yay, this is a good thing. This probably means I'll be able to get both a 360 before Halo 3 comes out, and a Wii before MP3 comes out. Happy times. It just sucks when the ONE game you've been longing for finally hits the shelves, and you're sitting there without a console.

Like me with MGS4 and the PS3: By the time the game comes out we still won't have the system due to the price.
