I'm not a regular sequence breaker but i've been trying to get to the super missile door at the top of the room (i am just about to go and beat alpha blogg so dont have spider ball or screw attack).

What is in the door and has anyone used the kip dash to make it there?

For the record, you normally need to have the Spider Ball to get up there (there's a bunch of Spider Ball tracks around the other side of the room; you use them to boost into the track around the center pillar and then from there to the ledge with the door).
