Finished my any % run tonight, sorta. I got bored so I played in bed, and I did a bleh type of segment, so I just went and finished the game without saving. (I'm at Nightmare with my save)

Anyway, I finished in 53 minutes  Shocked  with 14%. (2 of which are power bombs. I grabbed one on accident thinking it was a missile, but I did too good to reset. I have no idea where I grabbed the other one)

I'll finish and get  a better time later today. Maybe. (past midnight here)  Laughing

I have a long way too go, maybe instead of making my own tips, I should take some of your and nates moves, and put them together, to slap on the butter on my tasty plan. Do you have a downloadable movie somewhere? Or is it still in development?

I'm making a 100% run with an emulator. I use pretty much the same tactics as in this run. Maybe you could look at those.

I did a second speedrun earlier than I thought.
1:20, 12%
I thought it would be not so good as the first run because I cheated at the first run.
I watched Nate's run and used it as a guide. ~~
But this time, I did it w/o any help.

Very small update: Got 1:36 on my latest 100% run today... probably like 10 seconds better than my previous time, 1:37. Did some major screw-ups in it mainly 'cause I couldn't remember most of DaveB's route :) Still pretty good. Finally got the Serris "trick" working though. Bet that helped a bit.

Darn. I finished my any% run and I couldn't lower my time. I can beat it with 53 minutes and about 10 seconds. This was during a nearly flawless SA-X battle and 5 second Omega kill. The only thing I could improve would be to spark under the ceiling and into the hangar, but that would not save very much time. Oh well.

Ok. I just sent Nate a vid of me doing a 5 second Omega kill. But it took about 7 seconds. It's really hard to do on a keyboard.  >_<

If you guys get to see it, just remember, it looks a lot cooler on GB. He barely even lifts his arm the whole time.

Alright! I have good news... and... well, bad news. Good news, I beat Metroid Fusion again and beat my old time. The amazing time of 1:08... 10%, I skipped that Power Bomb back this time. :P... But the bad news is... I was playing it on the actual GBA, so, I wasn't able to record it :(. But I plan to make one, perhaps it will be better.

I understand why you can't post my scores. Too many liars out their. I am glad that I discovered that, but I thought someone would have figured that out by now. It was all so simple to do.  :?
