hah, i hear you. it could be worse, though - i can't go out and look for it until my second class finishes tonight at 9:00 pm! and everything will probably be closed by then!

I guess, I should stay away from the MP 3 forum. When I read phrases like 'a shiny copy of Corruption' it only makes me wish to turn back the clock and make my parents move to the US... :(

Wish the damn Wal-Mart weren't so far from my school. Probably about two miles, and I don't feel like walking. Ugh, it sounds like it's really good, too.

it probably doesn't have it. i just checked two wal-marts, two gamestops and a best buy (i figured it was more important than work). nothing. i think the game is in short supply at this point.

surprise surprise, they've shipped my copy, and i'm going to get it tomorrow. this is only one day late and all told i wouldn't have had much time to play it today anyway. so here's hoping it comes early tomorrow and i forgive amazon for everything except scaring me with that insane ship estimate.

they FINALLY sent mine... I am none too pleased. I ordered it over a month ago because I didn't want to have to wait until teh weekend to get it... now it looks like it isn't going to be here until Friday anyway.  Evil or Very Mad

I have never previously had any troubles with Amazon, which is what makes this so troubling. I only ordered it online because I knew I wouldn't be able to get out to a civilized area with actual stores that sell video games until the weekend... and now it is only going to arrive on Friday anyway.

Better than not at all, but it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.  :(

The only thing I can guess is that you chose over night shipping whereas I did 2 day... so they shipped yours last night while waiting till today for mine. Oh well. At least I know it is on the way.

for me, the stores crapped out and didn't have the game. they even came with the awful "maybe next week" messages.. :(

i'll call tomorrow just in case. maybe one of them does their job right.
