Anyone with a reliable way of moving screenshots?

Ive got a couple of tricks, and thoughts that id like to post here, that i just dont think would work without screen shots. Not to mention some of them would be great dektops.

You can't get screenshots from the Wii to the computer if that's what you mean. Just do your best to explain it without them.

Well, you can, but there's no really easy way like there is on a computer. You can always just record a vid that includes the shot you'd like, rip it to your computer, then take a screenshot.

I figured as much, but i dont current have the equipment to do it.

Was hoping somone out there on the interweb would be willing to do it for a few vouchers.

Cant you send message board photos to people? you can put email addresses in your address book, not just wii numbers. Can't you email the screenshots?

No, you can only send them to other Wii adresses, not to E-Mail adresses.

I was trying to do that last night, but I didn't have enough time to put my SD card in and see if it worked.

You can send messages to email addresses, but first you have to add the email address to your address book, which will send off a message to the email you specified, that will be from w############@wii.com, where the #s are your wii number.

edit oh nevermind, the nintendo site says you wont be able to send photos.

well, you can't i tried it, unless someone comes up with a way to move the picture into the photo channel or make it show up on the Settings, there won't be a way.

Yeah but I dont think you can copy message board photos to an SD card in the photo channel.

Well, a reliable way to do it would require some programming and some hefty experience with networking and Linux. Yeah.

Basically, send a screenshot to a friend. But between your Wii and your internet connection, stick a Linux box and mess with the iptables configuration. That way, you can redirect all outgoing traffic to, say, itself, and have a program dump all IP datagrams before forwarding them to the WFC server.

It's a reliable way, but is a bit shady. And while I do have the ability to create such a setup, I will not be making any tutorials or writing any software.
