Also, I find the way I do DBJs a pretty good method for Early Screw Attack.

Assuming you mean 'double', then DBJing is just another type of IBJ.  You can use either.  Some prefer to stick to the easier, staggered method, while some prefer to use the slightly harder, but faster, DBJ method.
