Seeing as all 3 endings all depend solely on your time, is there any reward for getting 100%?

Your reward for getting any of those things is a slight change in the ending screens.  Those other ones are just a few more pixels.

100% changes nothing.  Your time affects what Samus is wearing at the end of the credits.  It goes from full suit, to helmet off, to swimsuit.

And you can still get 100% of the items and not save the creatures during the escape, since all that changes in the end is a small dot flying off to the right of Zebes during the explosion sequence. Items have nothing to do with the way the end plays out.

I had meant that the reward for getting 100% is seeing 100%, just as your reward for the second best ending is just not seeing the helmet.

I've heard that getting 100% unlocks a few more demos at the title screen
