Mine would have to be The Professional -- you know, that hitman movie with Jean Reno. What's yours?

i like mewtwo strikes back. i dunno, i guess i'm just partial to the whole 'bettering your understanding of the world' theme.
Hmm, I always looked at MSB as more of a "protagonist against nature" type movie. I think Mewtwo represents Jesus, too, but don't tell God that.

I'm not quite sure, I'm still too enarmored by BIG FISH to think about any other movie at the moment.

I gotta see something comparable to that masterpiece so that it can get out of my head!
Terminator 2:  Judgement Day or Silence of the Lambs.

Again with the cheesy action :D
Dogma!

Kevin Smith is god.

Ready and willing.
Mewtwo = Jesus...

Wow, I love gaming.
The Mewtwo Jesus thing is very very very very apparent if you've seen Mewtwo Returns.  Though since none of you mentioned it in the comparison, I'm going to assume you didn't  :P  Seriously though, he kind of gets crucified.  Rolling Eyes  Yeah, real subtle, eh?  Well not actually nailed to a block of wood, it's kind of half-assed crucifixion, done with energy beams and things.  But yeah.

I have the dvd!  ENVY ME!

Hooray for Mewtwo Strikes Back though!  Mewtwo is one of my favorite peoples to be in Smash Bros Melee (shaddap Cal), because I like awesome villains and he is one.

Though the ending was too freaky abstract for me to call it my favorite movie.  Tears brought him back to life.  They didn't even try to make that make sense.  Metaphors suck!

pounds fist

Wait, what was the topic?  Oh yeah

My favorite movie changes every now and again.  I'd probably give different responses when in different moods.

If you'd asked me a couple days ago I'd have said Lilo and Stitch.  I've learned to speak a little Stitch, in fact.  Bootifa!  Though I'm quite partial to good villains, which the movie lacks, I just like the overall theme of the thing.  If it isn't evident by now I'm obviously reasonably different even among reasonably different peoples, so I identify I suppose.

But since you're asking me now I'll give you my now answer.  Emperor's New Groove.  Genius.  That move is just, there's no other word for it, genius!  The timing, the dialogue, it's the greatest thing I've ever SEEN!  It's the best thing for when you're blue.

In fact, just thinking about it makes me want to go watch it again, so I will.  Hooray for dvd rips!

goes to watch

Also I think I'm going to use orange for emoting.  Allow me to demonstrate further

It's a running gag.  Mmm, yes, anyway, off I go.
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.
My favorite movie is one of these three:

Godfather Part I, October Sky, or Saving Private Ryan.

One of those.  I can't pick just one....
My favourite films would be Rush Hour, Rush Hour 2 and Independance Day. Independance Day is a classic... Always will be.
Ahh! So difficult to choose. My favorite movie would have to be either one of the Star Wars trilogy, or one of the Lord of The Rings trilogy.
Spirit Army - nuff sed.
直死の魔眼使い
Shanghai Noon, Shanghai Knights, Rush Hour (1 & 2), Legend of the Drunken Master, Who am I, Mr. Nice Guy, and my favorite of them all, City Hunter.
My all time favorite movie is Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Close seconds are Baseketball, Disney's Hercules, Mortal Kombat, Dirty Dancing, UHF, The Ring and Ghostbusters.

Hey, what can I say, I love every genre. And I grew up in the 80s.
LURVE the Mortal Kombat movie.  Annihilation was complete bullocks, but I still thoroughly enjoy the original.  And as cheesy as they were I liked the first two TMNT movies :x  The 80's ruled :D
ah, THE SHREDDER, now THERE'S a villain.

The cartoon always made him look like such a bumbler.  It made me so angry.  Made me want to do terrible... HORRIBLE THINGS.

The movie got him right, like how he was in the comics.  EVIL, not bumbling, eeeeevil...
Not impossible
just highly unlikely
The Shawshank Redemption.
The original Star Wars Trilogy is at the top of the list. Somewhere near the top is the Indiana Jones Trilogy and Blade Runner.

Strangely enough, Harrison Ford is in all of them.  8)
Tough to choose...

My Alltime Favorite would be

Breakfast Club

right now, i watched Lost in Translation the 3rd Time and cant get enough of it, this Movie is brilliant and i love the Ending
Hmm, the BEST movie is Pulp Fiction. Even though i prefer watching 'easy' movies that dont require much more of the viewer than 2 eyes and the power to read, and understand, subtitles (such as Lilo and Stich).

mm, yes..
i like bad Bruce Willis movies.
like...
Hudson Hawk
or
the 5th element

what's the movie where he is in a pink bunny suit?

there goes my low posting average....
