It could "blend" more between spiderman and Venom. It looks wierd, like they are spaced oddly. But maybe that is just me.

I see what you mean, mangadood. I think it's because it doesn't look as if Spidey's fist ever actually made contact with Venom, even though it's obvious that it did.

I give it 4/5.  It's really well drawn, has detail, and the background looks pretty good too.  However, I agree with mangadood and Ark.  To me, it sort of looks like it was drawn without spidey, and then he was inserted in front of venom. 

Although, it looks much more impressive than anything I can draw.  I'm no good at art.
