i took off the top set of links to the games/chat/forum/maru mari/etc ... do you think, as izo said, they represented a convenience to the user and should be put back? or were they just clutter, and the front page looks way better now?
it would be so weird to reword it though. like 'now that you've gotten that taken care of, scroll back up to the top, even though you never scrolled down here to read this and just clicked on the first thing you saw!'
If only the ads weren't at the top... I think it's fine how it is, but the scrolling is kind of annoying. I don't really have a preference though, as I NEVER am at the front page.
that's why i was kind of surprised anyone cared. first i ever heard of anyone actually going to the front page more than once was when tooz complained about it some months ago.
