Wow, this is difficult, as some games get better in my memory than they really are ;)

#1 Metroid prime / Unreal Tournament (these are the two Games, i spent most Time with)
# 2 Quake(world) My first Pc was so slow i only could play QW online, but i stuck with it, its Dynamic has never been reached, and basically all Ego shooter are Quake with enhanced Graphics imo.
#3 Street Fighter alpha 2 / Killer instinct Although i never managed to handle these as good as i want, i was impressed by the Opportunities of Combos, Fighting etc.

spending time with was not included into my "Favorite" games, mainly because if it was in order of amount of time i've spent playing a game, it would be something like this:

Diablo 2: over 3000 hours
Pokemon Yellow: over 1000 hours, (easily over another thousand from the other pokemon games combined.. my gold has about 400 hours, my ruby is around 300, im sure i managed over 300 hours quite a few more times)

though enjoyable, they aren't my "favorites" I've probably only been through prime about.. less than 10 times, and i've been through yoshi's island less than 5, yet its just the feeling i get when i complete those games that i can't find anywhere else...
Pikmin was also like this, maybe its just something nintendo has thats so damn special.
1. Metroid Prime
2. Anything by Square
3. Super Metroid
Not impossible
just highly unlikely

You might want to rethink that. Secret of Evermore? Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest?
Pick a final Fantasy that I've played and I like it. Except FFII. It sucked.

This list goes 3,4,5,6,7,9

Ok so I admit it's a bit broad... and in some cases eronneous but mweh...
What luck, there's french fry stuck in my beard.
You've never played 10?  Shame, shame.
I don't have a PS2 :P Just a GameCube.

SaGa Frontier >_<
How's about that racing game that they made for PS2?
Racing Emotion Engine S or something like that.  Never played it myself, but a friend told me it was God awful.
Top three games.  Myyy myyy, what a horrible decision to force on anyone.

I'm not going to wimp out though, I'm going to sit here until I decide on only three and in an order.  Hm....

You know it's a lot like my favorite movies come to think of it.  It changes...

Super Mario 64 is going to have to be the first one.  Yes, definitely.

As much as I love Pokémon I'm going to have to choose one of those as well.  I believe... I believe I'm going to have to say Stadium 2, as the stadiums had more replay value than the portable games (which you could only go through once, then no one good left to fight).  Ruby is pretty good in replayability, but in different ways, and if you ask me, less fun ways than the way a stadium is replayable.  I loved stadium 2 to death, too.  And call me crazy, but I found the mini games very... addictive...

Annd, I suppose my third would have to be... probably Smash Bros Melee.  Everyone I love in a single game, and done so WELL.  Nothing half-assed about it.  The sprites, music, movements, replayability, it's just all done so well.  It's a pleasure and a privilege every time I play it.
Are you going to get Collesseum, or however the hell Nintendo spells it, Sess?
3. Super Mario Bros. 3
2. Mega Man 2
1. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening

Yep.
1. F-ZERO GX
2. Metroid Zero Mission
3. Metroid Prime

Thats It.
Heck yeah I'm getting Colosseum, I think that's how it's spelled, too lazy to check.

Being able to catch all the gold pokémon, how can I refuse!  I can build my old gold team and re-invent them with ruby moves.  Then I can go get Fire Red and build my old red team and do the same.  And then along with my ruby team, I will have three MIGHTY TEAMS to go through colosseum with over and over  Laughing
Top 3?
Hmmmmmm well I only play3 right now anyway... (the rest are a bit boring right now.... but will probly spike up when summer comes...) Anyway first of, I play prime the most, making it number 1 ^_^ 2 uhhhh Smash Bros Melee hehe I always kick my firends behinds in that ^_^ and lastly, zero mission.... because its new and fun ^_^ And yeah, thats about it for me...
1- Chrono Trigger
1- Super Metroid
1- FFVI

Yes, I know they all have 1's next to them.
1-Super Smash Brothers: Melee
2-Metroid prime
3-Golden sun 1 and 2

Nothing in the world comes close to inviting 3 friends over and beat the living crap out of each other. SSBM was made for multiplayer. And i personally think that the both golden suns are some of the best RPG's ever made.

Ooookay. I actually have made a list of my 50 favourite games ever, but it's a year old, so I'm going to make a new this summer...

The top ten of my current list are as follows:

10. Diablo II - Lord of Destruction [PC]
I simply LOVE Necromancers.

9. The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time [N64]
Once, I thought it was the best game ever. I changed my mind.

8. Giants: Citizen Kabuto [PC]
This has to be one uf the most underrated games ever. It got fairly good reviews, but it didn't sell. So Planet Moon Studios went bankrupt.

7. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City [PC]
I AM Tommy Vercetty. Vice City is MY city.

6. Lylat Wars [N64]
In my opinion, the best game for the Nintendo 64 ever. More than you think when you first look at it.

5. The Curse of Monkey Island [PC]
I just love point-and-click-games. When it includes this much humour, it gets even better.

4. Tetris [Multi]
Who needs drugs when you can play Tetris?

3. Mega Man III [NES]
Oh, how I have loved this game ever since I got it. This and Ufouria was MY games for the NES. All the other games belonged to my brother.

2. The Legend of Zelda - A Link to the Past [SNES]
I've always been a sucker for the Zelda games, and this was the absolute best of them.

1. Metroid Prime [GC]
Come on. Be a LITTLE surprised. Honestly, I didn't think Metroid Prime would be any good, but oh, how I was wrong.
You don't have any of the other Metroid games there!

Concience:  Well, it's HIS opinion.

Super Metroid is number twelve, and original Metroid is number twenty-seven. They rock, but not enough to be in the Top Ten.
1. Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga
2. Metroid Zero Mission
3. Super Smash Bros. Melee

I just got Mario & Luigi recently...:)
Not impossible
just highly unlikely

I get the feeling I missed something with that game. I hear praises for it all over the place, but it bored me right out of my skull. I don't see what the fuss is.  :(
Cook of the Sea
I can't say that a great game on one genre is better than another great game in another genre, so:

Best Platformer:  SMWII:  Yoshi's Island

Best RPG:  Golden Sun Book Two:  The Lost Age  (Haven't played Chrono Trigger, sorry)

Best Action:  Metroid:  Zero Mission

Best Action-RPG:  Link to the Past and Zelda64 tie.

Best FPS:  Halo  (Prime is not an FPS)

Best Racing:  MarioKart DoubleDash!!

Best Wild Card:  Metroid Prime
1.Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
2.Legend of Zelda : the wind waker
3.any metal gear solid
