It's fake, these guys do sketches. The most recent one I saw was the 'angry kid' having his WoW account deleted, then the 'camera bro' hide the camcorder in his room during his rage session. The funniest part of that was when he took a television remote and tried to shove it up his ass for no apparent reason whilst screaming in tongues. Same two guys.

I love just surfing Youtube! I started out by checking the videos that are recommended for me. I started with:
