Quote from Raccoon Sam:
Yep, old alright. It's still a classic.  :)
Here's an original one I did a few months back.

Push me down, And I'll jump back,
I'm the first one of the quartet.
I have three children of my own,
After them, I'm departed.
You might go higher after all,
if I'm under your feet.
In few weeks, again, it's fall,
After first, we meet.

Spring?

I have no idea to what it is, but maybe
grass
?
Aw, ING-X's seems far better than mine.  Oh well.

Got one, even though it's more of a...question, but
What's the only word in the English language that has the letters UFA, in that order, together?

Here's a sorta okay one.
Once, there was a round green house.  Inside that house was a smaller white house.  Inside that house was a smaller red house that was full of little black babies.
yeah

So what's the question?
What is being...described?  I'm not sure if "described" is the best word.
ING-X Gets a point..! Good job. :)
As for Gamma, is it...
Watermelon?

Either way, What comes once in a minute, twice in a moment, but never in a thousand years?

You got it!  Goldeen pin.

Yeah, its
M
, but ING-X displeases me with his lack of spoiler tags.  To the dungeons with him!
Damn straight..  :(

How about this one; a mother has 3 children, from which half are girls. How is this possible?
Two of the kids were male, and there are two female; the mom and a kid.

Here's one I wrote for an eleventh–grade English class:

I am the place behind
The bed that the river runs through,
Yet never do I bathe. Forever
Tethered until one tears me down,
I continue to work, day and night;
Though many of my friends get the day shift.

Passersby may use me as
They wish, so long as I am available.
Like nourishment to weary travelers, I
So sustain those in need if they are
Willing to pay my tab. Constantly
Shifting, I do what is asked of me.
yeah
Whoops, forgot the spoiler tags. I'll edit that right now. Embarassed

A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50."

The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.

In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50. How did the man win the bet?
He wrote 'your exact weight'?
yeah

You got it in one!

Here's another one:

A ship is in the harbor when it suddenly sinks. There was no storm, and nothing was wrong with the ship. Yet it sunk with everybody on board! Why did it sink?
WE ALL LIVE IN THE YELLOW SUBMARINE

Not only were you right, but you answered in a clever way too. :)

Yeah, I know I made a topic awhile back. But most people who've posted in this topic are relative noobs.
So we aren't? Ka-ching!
And since the page broke, I'll repost:
A mother has 3 children, from which half are girls. How is this possible?
I'll answer this in the form of a story...

That night, as always, her husband asked her as they cuddled up to go to sleep, "Wanna try for a boy?"

She shook her head. "Three's the limit, I told you that before we got married. You'll just have to deal with being the only male in the house."
I don't see how that's the answer.
Neither do I.
