as far as I can tell that gizmo works the wrong way - i.e. lets you use a GBA / DS as a monitor for an incoming AV signal, not the other way round. :(

pass me my oscilloscope, nurse. argh, the temptation to crack open my DS is so strong.

Idea: Mail a TV show/magazine that reviews games. They always show some game footage, including the DS games. Ask how they do it. :P

Depending on which game you would be doing for the video capture, as long as both screens are visible and your hands arent in the way it wouldnt be that difficult to do(note: this would mean not having the touchscreen in use for ANY of the videos). I mean, it would work for Mario Kart: DS, MPH(with the proper control scheme), and many other touch-less games.

A thought, but not exactly a good idea in some cases(as many people might want to add having the use of the touchscreen too).
