I don't think I've made any new friends in a long long time.  My friends from my youth are all gone.  There's a nice girl at my work that I enjoy talking to, but we don't hang out after work.  Nearly all of my social interaction is online with strangers.  My sweetie doesn't talk much, and I only see my mom like once or twice a month for a few hours at a time.

Facebook was OK for talking to people I know IRL, but that kind of ended once everyone revealed their political stances and fought over things.  Now no one ever talks about anything on FB except what they had for dinner.

FB today really sucks.  I'm more or less a centrist when it comes to my views, so my likes end up here and there.  I get stuff on my wall that's so one-sided and stupid, but at least I get it from both sides.  People who are totally right or left will only see one side of it all.  It's the 'echo-chamber'.  I think it's messing people up tbh
