Well, let's all give our fair share of condolences to the president of Polond, and the 96 other people who died in the recent plane crash. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8612825.stm
haha, some of it was kinda immature, but I admit, I laughed in my head a little at the racist one :X (mostly just because it fit so well). The condom one was funny also.
Yes, I am excited to go back to CO, and yes I did accomplish what I came out here to do. Physically I don't feel that great, but I've been feeling so unnaturally good for so long that of course feeling normal is going to seem shitty. Emotionally I feel GREAT. It feels good to have achieved something that I set out to do, and in doing so I have gained my independence back. A couple of months ago, I couldn't imagine going through a day without my crutch. Now I'm able to look back at that and feel disgusted by it like some bad memory. I'm confident that I will stay the course. I'm too frikkin old to ever go through this again.
Congrats! You should throw a small party or something :P
On a completely unrelated note, I sent a message to Jagger like, a week ago, and he hasn't logged off since then nor responded to my message :[. Oh well.
Congrats! You should throw a small party or something :P
Careful.
That is wonderful to hear - Opium [insert new user-name here].
Eh, I recall you mentioned you would change your user-name... But I'll leave that to you...
I finally did my taxes -- via TurboTax. But when it came to file my state taxes it said that I owed (allegedly) $18.00, but I've never owed any state taxes. So I only e-filed the federal taxes, then went to the my state's DOR site, downloaded and filled out the PDF forms from them. Now all I have to do is print them out and mail 'em in. Plus, I'm getting back a nice amount -whereas I would have had to pay (according to TurboTax).
The fees to process the State e-file would've cost me about <$60> (around about). $39.00 through TT, and whatever else through some other 3rd party.
I think Ark is saying that if you owe them, then you still currently have their money, which means you're earning interest, whereas if they have yours, then they're getting the interest on your money.
