Hehe, that's cool. I have a friend who can do that, but I've never had the guts to try it after seeing him land on his knee and roll around on the floor in agony for a good 10 minutes.
On a similar note, I jumped and came down on my knee on the corner of a table yesterday, and now it really hurts. Ow.
EDIT: Oh, and juggling's not that hard. Just get yourself some beanbags and practise a bit, and it'll become really easy.

Similar to juggling, jumping over your leg is really pretty easy. If you know how to mess up, then it never hurts. And once you get it the first time, it's a piece of cake.

I bumped my knee REALLY hard on a desk yesterday, too! It's been hurting so bad that I can't play DDR on it. Coincidence, eh?
Lift your left leg up in front of you and grab your left foot with your right hand. Now jump and bring your right leg over your left leg and preferably land without hitting something.
Hold your right foot in your hand, with your left leg behind the joint, then jump and jerk your left leg through the gap, landing on the left leg in front of your hand. The right and left legs are interchangable; I put them in just for clarification.
I always do it holding my left foot with my right hand. I can do it the opposite way, but it's a little harder. What I'd really like to be able to do is do it backwards (i.e. starting with my left leg behind my right leg). No such luck so far.

Sounds like a great way to get a free ticket to the Emergency Room xD I've seen people do it, but all of them were pretty tall and had long legs, whereas I'm short and would end up breaking myself in half.
