Yes. Asexual reproduction = no real gender.
So does that mean the SA-X isnt really a "she"? So its not a real Samus clone?...Inever thought of those two things at the same time.

*sigh* this has been done before.  The X reproduce asexually, but they mimic creatures that, for the most part, have genders.  Unless you've got a degree in alien biology you can't say that that means that the X can't have a gender when they mimic creatures with genders.
Though, in this context it's a free floating X.
Armor Guardian
Since the X are asexual, the use of the pronouns he or it are both grammatically correct. The pronoun 'he' is often used to refer to a creature of masculine or unknown ungender.
That may be, but it's still ridiculous to refer to the SA-X as 'he'.

You have a problem with the Omega Going "HE Did it" ?  Change it yourself. It works though, doesn't it?
Huh?  Oh.  It's a general objection, not intended to be specifically about the comic.  I had, in fact, utterly forgotten or failed to realize to begin with that the gender discussion was prompted by the last comic.

... sure ... let's go with that.

Sorry, this one is just kinda random.  Couldn't think of anything else to put (for the X saying "we don't dance" anyways).

The rest of it didn't make any sense, either. >_>

Ok, it's Samus's first time through here, and she's kinda lost. When she see's the enemy, she's like YAY! Killing! when she see's the X come from the enemy, she remembers, "Hey, You're that thing that almost killed me, now I'll get my revenge." In my story, Adam forgot to tell Samus that she has the ability to absorb X, since she's part Metroid now. SO, when she absorbs the X, and it heals her, she's like OMG!!! WTF!?  WHen she gets to the contaminated atmospheric converter, she see's it and is like, "wow, is there anything that they can't do."  The X then says, "We can't/Don't dance" (now I think about it, why the heck did I say that?) Samus, kinda feeling stupid for the X, is like ......  :?

The end!  (maybe I'll just delete that one and do another one I have planned)

I don't get the first two panels.
I didn't get it either until you explained it.

You shouldn't explain your jokes, people should get your jokes when they first read the comic.
Arrow  Arrow Because I did not get it at first.
in the name of justice!
Maybe he's hoping for newspaper syndication  :P

I laughed as hard reading that as I laugh at the Sunday comics.  But don't take that as a compliment.

Also, I got the joke, because I say dumb stuff like that a lot.
I got it. I could kinda relate to that first panel, in my distractable ADD way.  The second is normal enough, as the sort of thing you think when you see a gate with a button on the other side, but there's no joke in there.  But it was cute.

However...

Still not all that great, but it's better than the previous one.  I just might not post any more until I get to the first SA-X encounter, it should be much better.

But for now, here you go.
I don't know how sensitive other people are to this, but the blatant typos are really detracting from what effect the comic might have.  Spellcheck if you must (better yet, use your own eyes) and learn the use of the apostrophe.  I recommend Eats Shoots and Leaves.

There was also kind of no joke at the end.  Reaction on seeing a Chozo statue on the BSL isn't a bad topic, but it's not executed all that well.
I didn't get the first panel.

It's possible that the BSL peopole were researching Chozo's, kinda like they were Ridley.
Presumably because Ridley is in the subzero confinement on the main deck.
Please come out with another comic soon... I can't find anything else to do when I'm bored...  :?
