Goodness, was the newspost not enough? That huge text hurts my eyes...
In any case, I think a clarification might be in order as to the fact that it's a merge, as I've already received 2 emails asking why Toozin, me, [insert other staffers here] are quitting and giving it to Nate. *shrug*
Also, someone email TJ at MDB so he can change the link to Metroid 2002; it's still listed as Metroid HQ [contains information from Metroid Prime Discoveries.]; and when you do, tell him MPD and MHQ no longer exist.
Other than that, good work on the xfer while I've been away, and I already told Nate if he needed anything else, I'd be there to help out.
yeah, that would be partially my fault for not having the "meet the s.breakers" page up today. i'll get on that as soon as i possibly can; it's now #1 on the priority list.
I'm a bit confused as to what should be happening right now. I mean, you have that update the bookmarks thing going on, but only the sequence breaking stuff has been ported, and stuff.
I don't really like the site design at all. Everything's too decentrialized, there's seperate news for everything, the sidebar is too wide and way too long, and the fact that there are no capital letters on the entire site hurts my eyes.
I said 'joined forces.' That sounds like a merge to me. :P
And yeah, things should clear up when that sequence breakers thing goes up. Make it clear that no one's left, just the location is different.

Stuff is still in the process of being moved, but there are things we just won't move over. Our focus is now almost entirely on sequence breaking and speed running, so some of the other extras didn't make the cut. Don't worry about Maru Mari though, it's going over. I believe the guides will be ported as well. And there will be info on Metroid Classic/Metroid 2/Super Metroid going up there in the future.
sorry about the lack of caps. no one cares what i think, so i won't enlighten you with the long version of the story, but basically i was the best option for hosting out of purely technical reasons, and so they chose to live with my design. if you think the entire site is like that, you should check out the new home of sess's run.
yoshi strikes me as one of those 'innocent youth' types who really thought mhq was going to get all that content that was marked 'coming soon.'

That hurts... anyway, the only thing that really bothers me now since I've looked at it more is that the header sections don't have their sub-sections listed, which is annoying when the sub-sections are down at the bottom of the page.
There has been another update. Meet the sequence breakers, a few of the topics from Gamefaqs (sent by me and remastered by Nate), a new 1% Sess Fusion segment.... Check it out yo.
lol. copyright nathan jahnke, yeah, i bet quite a few people had relevations today. ;)
and the s.breakers are not in alphabetical order (though if they are, that would be highly odd). nope, kip is first, so it's just a coincidence that they seem to alphabetical.
With this whole new-fangled "2002" site, may I suggest one tiny change? In your CSS file, change the color of links to white instead of the grey you use on all text. That way, I can actually find them :P

interesting. i made the change, though i'm not sure it will be as useful as you thought.
